Parish Choir
Seeking New Members: The parish choir sings at the 8:30 and/or 10:30 AM Mass on Sundays and major feast days and is open to adults and teen 9th grade or older. Rehearsals: Wednesdays, 7 - 8:30 p.m. An audition is required to make sure that the choir is the right fit for you, but don’t be dissuaded! No prior experience in singing is required to audition.
Curious, but not ready to commit? Come to an Open Rehearsal, September 6 or 13, and participate or just observe.

Children’s Choir
Now open for registration. Singing in the choir is a great opportunity for the children of our parish to be engaged in the sacrifice of the Mass and to engage the congregation in a deeper worship experience. An added benefit for participating in children’s choir is the music literacy children will develop through exercise in sight singing and vocal technique.
Who: The choir is made up of children entering 3rd grade thru 6th grade.
Rehearsals: Every other Thursday, 4 -5 p.m. in the church
Schedule: The children’s choir will sing at the 10:30 a.m. Mass once a month (generally the first or second Sunday of the month). The season begins with our first rehearsal on Thursday, September 14 and ends with the Pentecost Mass on Sunday, May 19.
Children who attend St. Bart's School will receive supervision from dismissal at 3:30 p.m. to the start of rehearsal. (We will need parent volunteers for this crucial time, and there will be a chance to sign up on the registration form.)
Additionally, the children's choir will sing on the following special dates:
December 15: Lessons and Carols
December 24: 4:00 PM Christmas Eve Mass
March 24: 10:30 AM Palm Sunday Mass
March 31: 10:30 AM Easter Sunday Mass
May 4 and 5: First Eucharist Weekend (the choir, or sections of the choir, may sing at more than one Mass)
May 19: 10:30 AM Pentecost Sunday Mass
Children in the choir who also attend St. Bart's School will sing at school Masses at least once a month.
