Parents asking for Baptism of an infant at St. Bartholomew are required to be registered members of the parish and attend a workshop to renew their understanding of the sacrament and the details of its celebration here.
Baptism workshops are held on the second weekend of the month (unless otherwise posted). At this time, a Zoom meeting is scheduled for Fridays from 6:00-7:15 p.m., with an in-person option on Saturdays from 3:15-4:30 p.m.
Baptisms are celebrated on designated Sundays at noon, except during the Lenten season.

Choosing Godparents
Parents must choose at least one Godparent, though; there may be two, one of each gender. Godparents must be a practicing Catholic, at least 16 years of age and confirmed in the Catholic Church. A person of another Christian faith may stand as a witness.
