Mark your calendars now for Images of Spring, St. Bart’s largest fundraiser of the year!  We are looking forward to a fantastic evening including great entertainment, a delicious dinner and a must-see selection of silent and live auction items. Glorious Gatherings will be back, with both old favorites and new activities! Look for your Images invitation very soon!
 
Make a night of it! Enjoy an overnight stay at the Marriott Southwest as part of your Images of Spring celebration. The Marriott is currently holding a block of rooms for St. Bart's parishioners at a special rate of $79/night, plus tax. Live Auction Highlight!

A Private Island Getaway (June 20 - 24, 2012)

Glorious Gatherings
Glorious Gatherings are a group of novel and exciting parties you simply sign up for! There is no need to place a bid. If you, or a group are interested in one of the many “gatherings” – just sign up at the ‘per person price’ and you’ll automatically be included. But you'll want to hurry…space is limited.

Donate Wine!  We are still looking for donations of bottles of wine for the Wine Pull. Wine can be brought to the Parish Office. Bottles should have a minimum value of $15.  We are looking for higher valued bottles as well.

   Raffles 

Buy a Raffle Ticket! Something new and something BIG is in store for our Images raffle this year!  This year, our Grand Prize is a whopping $10,000.  You read it right, $10,000!  And better still, ONLY 350 tickets will be sold, so the odds of winning this special prize are pretty amazing.  Tickets are $100.  Don't delay - buy one of these hot tickets today or go in together with some friends for a chance at winning the Grand Prize and split the winnings!  There is also a First Prize of $1,500 and a Second Prize of $1,000.  

To add to the fun, we'll also have $5 GameBoard raffle tickets for a chance to win a $100 gift certificate to the Wayzata Muni, and $10 GameBoard raffle tickets for a chance to win an iPad!  Winners need not be present when the drawings take place during Images weekend. 
 
Raffle tickets will be sold after all Masses each weekend until Images of Spring (except during Palm Sunday and Easter weekends). No raffle tickets will be mailed home this year.

Volunteers Are Needed!
We have an opportunity in Operations and are seeking someone with database experience and great organizational skills. We are also looking for someone to help with the Game Board raffles.   Finally, we need volunteers to assist the evening of the event. These are great ways to get involved and meet others.
